Hello. Welcome to Kinda Brilliant Psychology.
A powerful, practical way to reach your potential.
Do you feel stuck? Are you exhausted by your inner critic?
I can help you remove self-limiting beliefs, embrace pressure and create positive behaviour change. Together we can turn your inner voice from your biggest enemy,
into your greatest ally.
My approach combines evidence-based techniques, psychological research, and personal experience, to help you get out of your head and out of your way.
Because the only thing holding you back is YOU.
How I can help.
Do you hold yourself to impossibly high standards?
Does your need to be perfect stop you from enjoying your life?
Do you find it difficult to rest or say no?
Are you putting your life on hold, waiting to feel good enough?
Are you overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from who you really are?
If any of that feels familiar, you’re not alone. I know, because I have been all of those things, and more.
I named my practice Kinda Brilliant because the pursuit of perfection is exhausting. But kinda brilliant? We can all achieve that, with a bit of help.
With a background in psychology, counselling and elite sport I have a unique understanding of how the drive for perfectionism leads to burnout, anxiety and disconnection. I support people who place high expectations on themselves – often perfectionists, overachievers, or those operating in high-pressure environments – and help them reconnect with their sense of self-worth, purpose and passion.

What is Sport Psychology?
-
Sports psychology focuses on helping athletes improve their physical and mental performance in their sport. This can include training, nutrition and mental skills development, among other areas.
-
A sports psychologist can help you develop a personalised mental training programme that is tailored to your specific needs and goals, leading to improved mental skills, such as confidence, resilience, and focus. This will enhance both your physical performance and your enjoyment of your sport.
-
Applied sport psychology techniques don’t just help athletes. They give anyone the strategic skills they need to feel more purposeful, positive, focused, resilient and in control, whether in the work place or your personal life.
