I help athletes, teams and organisations perform under pressure by building mental skills to manage self-doubt, stress and setbacks.

I work one-to-one with clients, deliver engaging workshops and support organisations in creating psychologically safe environments that support both well-being and performance.

With a background in journalism and brand strategy, I also create content that brings performance psychology to life across campaigns, media, and storytelling.

  • Sport Psychology

Are nerves, self-doubt, or perfectionism are getting in the way of your performance?

At Kinda Brilliant, the goal isn’t to eliminate negative thoughts. It’s to change your relationship with them.

I teach mental skills to help you stay focussed and perform under pressure, even when your brain is saying ‘NO!’ instead of ‘GO'!’

By reconnecting with your purpose, you’ll learn to drop the struggle with your thoughts. This creates more headspace and builds confidence, so you can show up fully and perform at your best.

  • Performance Psychology

I use the same proven techniques I teach top athletes to help you feel more focused, motivated and confident when facing new challenges.

The foundation of my approach is psychological flexibility. This means learning to handle stress and setbacks while staying connected to what really matters to you - so you can perform at your best, no matter the situation.

Alongside one-to-one sessions, I support organisations in creating psychologically safe environments that support employee well-being and performance.

  • Keynotes and workshops

I offer engaging workshops that bring performance psychology to life for sports clubs, organisations, schools, and businesses.

Each session is tailored to your audience and designed to spark insight, reflection and real change.

As a keynote speaker, I combine storytelling, science, and practical strategies to challenge the way people think about performance and thriving under pressure. Whether it’s a team day, conference, or community event, my goal is to leave audiences inspired and empowered,

  • Media services

With a background in media I’ve written features for The Guardian, The Independent, Men’s Health, Runners World and presented at live sporting events. I have also led marketing and communications strategies for global brands including Sony, Samsung, and American Express. I now bring this experience together with my training as a psychologist to create content for brands that want to weave performance psychology into their PR and marketing campaigns.
