MY APPROACH

Mental flexibility involves the acceptance and willingness to experience unwanted thoughts and emotions in order to pursue your values and purpose.

How you can achieve this flexible mindset? Our approach uses scientifically proven techniques, based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

  • Accept your thoughts and feelings and be present in the moment

  • Commit to making decisions that align with your values

  • Take action based on those decisions

THE OUTCOME

ACT does not aim to directly stop, avoid or change these unwanted thoughts or feelings. Instead, it teaches you to develop a mindful relationship with them, where you notice and accept your thoughts, in a non-judgemental way. This helps you shift your focus away from these thoughts and reconnect with the here and now.

It’s only by being fully present that you can respond thoughtfully to challenges, in a way which aligns with your values and your purpose, instead of reacting impulsive.

This mental flexibility will empower to you make small, strategic decisions that consistently bring out the best version of yourself.
